Verbo — Kullanım Koşulları

1. Hizmet

Verbo, eğitim amaçlı bir dil öğrenme uygulamasıdır ve "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

2. Abonelik (Premium)

• Premium abonelik tüm reklamları kaldırır. Uygulamanın eğitim içeriği aboneliksiz de tam olarak kullanılabilir.
• Abonelik otomatik yenilenir. Mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezsen otomatik yenilenir ve ücretlendirilirsin.
• İptal işlemini cihazının mağaza hesabı ayarlarından (App Store veya Google Play) yapabilirsin.
• Yıllık planda sunulan 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, deneme bitmeden abonelik satın alınırsa geçersiz olur (Apple kuralı).
• Ödeme, satın alma onayında mağaza hesabına işlenir.

3. Fiyatlar ve içerik

İçerik, özellikler ve fiyatlar zaman zaman değişebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama veya mağaza üzerinden duyurulur.

4. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, kodu ve içeriği (kelime setleri dahil) geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsin; kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev ürün oluşturamazsın.

5. Yaş Sınırı

Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılara yöneliktir. 13 yaşından küçüksen uygulamayı kullanmamalısın.

6. Sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sağlanır; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez. Eğitim içeriği genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.

7. Yönetim Hukuku

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

Verbo — Terms of Use

1. Service

Verbo is an educational language-learning app provided "as is." By using the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription (Premium)

• A Premium subscription removes all ads. The app's educational content is fully usable without a subscription.
• The subscription renews automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews and you are charged.
• You can cancel via your device's store account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• For the annual plan's 3-day free trial, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial ends (Apple policy).
• Payment is charged to your store account upon purchase confirmation.

3. Prices and content

Content, features, and prices may change over time. Significant changes will be announced via the app or store.

4. Intellectual Property

The app's design, code, and content (including word sets) are owned by the developer. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only; you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works.

5. Age Restriction

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you must not use the app.

6. Liability

The app is provided "as is" with no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Educational content is for general informational purposes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
